Ireland, Argentina, Japan, Dubai, Iceland and Australia have joined the WBGF earlier this year, bringing the total number of member nations engaged for the growth and future of backgammon to 28.

Defending backgammon as a minsport, growing the international community of players and bringing our amazing game to younger generations are our top priorities. The WBGF is dedicated to provide support, value and actionable plans for the National Federations to expand, and players to improve and enjoy their playing journey.
