Tournament Regulations

The World Backgammon Federation (WBGF) maintains comprehensive regulations to ensure fair play and consistent standards across all international backgammon tournaments.

General Tournament Rules

All tournaments must be conducted according to WBGF standards
Players must be registered members of their respective federations
Tournament directors must be certified by WBGF
All games must be played with official WBGF-approved equipment
